It seems in these climes 4000iu with the K2 is insufficient my blood test after years of this supplement only reached 97.5 according to may latest blood test ‘ normal range being 100 – 150 ‘ so I’ve increased my dosage too 8000iu, let’s see what my next B.T. shows
