I take these along with sage tablets 4 my menopause, i hav noticed a significant improvement in hot flashes .. i was getting 2/3 overwhelming flashes per hour, i now only notice a few 2 a much lesser degree in the morning & evening .. still suffering mood swings but i can’t tolerate HRT so am really pleased with the help these give .. also hav noticed hair loss has improved :)

I take these along with sage to help with menopause symptoms (I am unable to tolerate HRT) I am sure the soya helps with the many symptoms that have arisen, my symptoms hav definitely improved, not disappeared but are definitely mor manageable .. I can recommend
