Magnesium is an essential mineral and also binds to oxalates in the food allowing them to be passed in the stool and taking burden off the kidneys. This is a nice dose for taking regularly through the day. Less fillers means the capsule is small and easy to take.

Been using them for quite a while. I can’t prove how much of a difference they make as I take them as more of an insurance policy rather than to cure something specifically. But I trust that they are doing me some good, as adequate magnesium is important for our bodies and minds, especially when you sweat a lot from physical activity.

A great product with all the usual benefits that magnesium gives, but the winning element for me is that citrate helps with constipation. Not a laxative but if digestive transit is slow (often as we age) this will help. I find the glycinate gave me headaches. Quick efficient delivery.
