Take one Cloves capsule with a glass of water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. After half an hour take one Black Walnut, one Wormwood and one GSE capsule with a glass of water. Repeat the procedure on the evening at least 1 hour after last meal. Follow above directions for 2 weeks, then take 1 week off, then repeat again for 2 weeks. It is advised to supplement with probiotics during the course and follow sugar-free diet for best results.
