Bromelain tar jeg før frokost og om ettermiddagen. Jeg kan bevege begge armene uten smerter, noe jeg ikke kunne ha gjort på lenge.

I use Bromelain between meals for inflammation due to my Arthritis and with meals to assist digestion. Again, the Health4all Purest Bromelain is excellent in value for money, effectiveness and lack of excipients, most of which are problematical for me.

I take a number of meds which have awful side effects on digestion, bones, BP, a myriad of body processes. This is one of the supplements I have been taking for ages to help counteract some of those bad effects.
