Boswellia serrata, sometimes called Indian frankincense or salai guggal, is a native tree of the Middle East and northern Africa. It’s been used for centuries in Indian Ayurveda.
The resin from boswellia trees contains several natural compounds including volatile oils, chemicals called terpenoids and some sugars.

I have been taking Boswellia for a couple of weeks, 2 times a day; can’t say I’ve seen any effects as yet, was hoping for arthritis relief in my hands. But I LOVE the packaging, which is rectangular and was actually totally full with the product, unlike many other similar products, which arrive in a jar-shaped container, about a quarter full.

I have found this product extremely beneficial in aiding me to function with my bad knee pain, I tried to live without it for a short while but soon realised its benefits and by ordering direct from the shop, it arrived very quickly after ordering, I recommend you to try it if you have already done so.

Seem amazing, have only been taking these tablets just over a week and the severe pain I had been having in both my index finger joints (OA) has reduced by about 90%, I will carry on taking these and hope its the tablets that are working and not coincidental
