As a kidney transplant patient on vitamin B12 injections was advised due to Covid 19 to stop the injections due to high risk from the surgery and instead take the B12 orally I stumbled on Health4All whilst going online whilst I cant comment on the product as not a Dr but I can say I dont feel any worse using them, they are packaged exceptionally well but for me the most important part is the after sales service, emails were answered very swiftly with help and relevant info regarding dosage and requirements Will use again excellent company and service
